Biomechanics Clinic with MYO Performance and Amy Blount
Training Day for all. During this Day you will have an unmounted and Mounted assessment with Claire from MYO Performance where she will assess your movement/balance and vision off the horse, you will then have a 45-minute session with Amy.

About the Event
An Interactive Training Day for Members and Non-Members (priority booking is given to members).
During this Day you will have an unmounted assessment with Claire from MYO Performance where she will assess your movement/balance/breathing and vision off the horse, before working with you on the horse to access and improve your position.
This session is then immediately followed by 45 mins with Amy to work through how to apply your new learnings practically in your schooling going forward.
What does a Biomechanics session involve?
This will be done through a number of screening exercises both off horse and on horse, to understand how the brain communicates with the body to produce movement. This will cover these main areas:
