Rider Development Lab is a small-group, interactive experience combining simulator work with EQ Bands to help you explore your balance, movement, awareness and effectiveness in the saddle. With just three riders per session, it’s a chance to experiment and discover what makes a difference!

Rider Development Lab – Winter Series
Explore your riding. Understand your body. Develop your effectiveness.
Join us this winter for a new Rider Development Lab, a small-group, interactive session designed to help you explore how you use your body in the saddle and discover what could make a difference to your riding.
Using a combination of equestrian simulator work and EQ Bands, both on and off the simulator, we'll explore areas such as balance, alignment, stability, symmetry, coordination and rider effectiveness.
This isn't about creating a 'perfect' position. It's about developing a greater understanding of you as a rider – what you feel, what you're actually doing, and how small changes might influence the way you ride.
