Cancellation Policy
• Cancel within 5 days of a clinic & you will not be refunded unless YOU can fill your space, subject to a vet or doctor's cert. • There are no roll-overs/credits given for lessons. If you cancel BEFORE 5 days of the clinic, you will be refunded; after this period it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement or you will not receive a refund. • In the event of a clinic having to be rescheduled and you can't make the new date, you will be refunded. • In the case of extreme weather conditions where it is deemed too dangerous to ride, it must be agreed between coach and rider to rearrange. • Please note that heavy rain is not covered in the cancellation policy for face-to-face lessons. If you cancel WITHIN 5 days for this reason, you will still be charged. • Cancellations must be made via text, phone call or on the app (via your profile). • Each rider must complete a Rider development form from 1st Jan 2026 - Now available via website/App. • Please arrive/be ready in good time before your session. Please be on and ready to ride at your time, all riders may enter the arena to warm up up to 10 mins before their lesson starts. • If you, for any reason, are running late, please let me know via TEXT or PHONE CALL. • Bookings can be made via Amy Blount Dressage App or the Website. Unless the clinic is run by someone else, I will always strive to reply to you within 48 hours, unless I am away, in which case you will receive an automated message with details of my return. • In an attempt to make communication easier, Questions and info can be answered on Facebook via Amy Blount Dressage, the app, text/WhatsApp or email ONLY. • When working with horses, timings do not always go to plan, so if I am for any reason running late, I will call or text you at my earliest convenience. • Should I be unable to attend a session I will let you know as soon as possible with no charge made. • All riders under 16yrs old must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the lesson. Welfare is at the heart of everything we do with our horses, and if at any point we feel that we need to work with other professionals in the industry (vet,physio etc) It is the responsibility of the rider to act on this from coach/rider discussions - failure to do so may result in the cancellation of bookings.
