Are you stuck in a rut? Not sure where you are going? Want to get back out competing but not ready yet? In this challenge we take a look at all the things that will help you pivot your downward spiral and work back up to getting back on track! All the videos in this were taken from the first lockdown plan (so there are a few references to that time) however the content and subjects were too good not to share. Over the 4 weeks we cover - -Reflection -What skills you need. - Goal Setting - Reviewing past performances. - Controlling the Controlables -Pressure Practice - Pre and Post Competition Routines. This challenge is sure to give you some tools in the tool box to getting back out competing and feeling confident and in control whilst doing so!
