Please make sure you have filled in the Rider Registration Form for 2025.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLINICS NOW HAVE A 5 DAY WITHDRAWAL POLICY, IF YOU PULL OUT OF THE CLINIC WITH LESS THAN 5 DAYS NOTICE AND YOU CAN NOT FILL THE SPACE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
PAYMENTS FOR CLINICS MUST BE RECIVED A MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLINIC OTHERWISE YOUR PLACE WILL BE PASSED ON. ALL CLINIC PAYMENTS CLOSE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLINIC.
