There is no cure all or magical wand for positional faults. However we all have them and by creating an awareness you will already start the process of improving your position! Work through this challenge at your own pace and try the exercises as you go! TOP TIP: use each section as a session goal, concentrate on just one element a session, so you can really hone in what you are feeling.
